Ispirata alla tradizione delle lamentazioni funebri comune a tutto il bacino del Mediterraneo, l\u2019opera racconta la diaspora contemporanea attraverso un\u2019ipnotica partitura musicale e coreografica che rielabora i codici rituali in forme minimali e astratte. La potente presenza di 12 donne piangenti, vestite di nero e rivolte al mare, rende tangibile l\u2019assenza dei morti facendone esplodere le voci silenziose in una performance partecipativa pensata come un rito cui partecipare e che guarda al coro come all\u2019unico linguaggio possibile per raccontare una tragedia contemporanea.<\/p>\n<\/div><div style=\"text-align:center;\"><a Lamentation\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 una elegia funebre per il Mediterraneo, visto come luogo di attesa, sospensione e trapasso, incarnazione di un\u2019assenza.<\/p>\n<p>Crocevia di diaspore attuali, il mare si fa corpo attraverso un\u2019azione corale ispirata all\u2019antica tradizione delle prefiche, che mette in relazione il lamento della Sardegna e di altri popoli e
